Just set the clock and start drawing, try your best, when you finish, start another, it only gets better with time ^_^
I try not to look to much for a half an hour drawing...since its not "finished" I will always attempt to change it, so, I hide it, and put my mind into something else

I really tried for focus on the structure of the skull and tried (very hard) not to loose myself on tinny details since it was a time limited exercise.

c: no problem, i was suprised that an artist with as much talent as you have isn't rolling in commets XD
i'm like that with figure/life drawings - when i draw for myself i tend to get lost in the details, but when doing life drawings there's only a limited amount of time to do them in, and it's more about shading and anatomy than the details.
